We were born to play together.  Just ask any of us.  We’ll tell you that, without a doubt, God made us to play music with each other.  We’re a motley crew.  Under typical social circumstances our paths would have never converged. Some of us have lived in the same neighborhood for years, a street apart, yet we never met.  We’re from different backgrounds and different spiritual experiences, therefore, we never attended the same church together - if we attended at all.  Some of us met through 12-step recovery groups.  Two of us are brothers.  But until April, 2006, we were not acquainted as a group.  We were unaware that the idea of us was born in the heart of one man 19 years earlier when most of us were children.  But even through our ignorance of each other, we possessed the same dream in our hearts. ......
