I am just an average guy, who has been blessed with an above-average family by an awesome and loving GOD!! I’ll tell you the truth, straight up… I never thought that surrounding my family with a bunch of messed up folks (better known as “those people”) would be a good thing. But now that we are part of SERENITY CHURCH, the word “family” has a deeper meaning, and we love it!! We can’t imagine being anywhere else on Saturday nights.

As for being in the NO REGRETS band, I know without a doubt that God placed me there. It doesn’t make sense in a worldly perspective, but in God’s eyes everything is made perfect. It’s not to say that we are perfect individuals by any means. We still mess up, make each other mad sometimes, say the wrong things at the wrong times. But in all honesty, what family doesn’t? The very fact that we love each other, forgive each other, respect each other, and cherish each other just goes to show how much of a family we really are.

 

I love the way we have grown together, and how we’ve grown musically. The original songs that God keeps pumping out of us are reaching hurting people all across the land, even as far as Berlin, because they come straight from the hearts of us…average guys and gals that have been there, done that, and lived to tell about how God rescues even “those people”. We know that God’s grace is sufficient, and we want to share that knowledge with everyone, just like any pastor would. We just tend to do it with instruments in front of us!!
